to the hills

it's been a good week. yesterday a bunch of us set out to conquer the mighty trails of Cumberland, and conquer them we did. a few of us had less than par bikes, but that never held anyone back, it was all or nothing in this extravagant adventure. so the other bits of my week were here and there, i have been thinking a lot about how disciplines affect one persons life. it seems to be everywhere, weather it be at Underground, Focus weekend, class, and life! Maybe someone is hinting at or warning me... that maybe i need to take some time out of my day and think, and talk to God, becuase when i busy myself too much, i seem to have no time for that. Im looking forward to this next week, i am planning on catching up in school, so that i have some time to breathe.

Looks like fun man. The other day out of nowhere, I saw this report on the bike trails in the comox valley on tv. made me think of you guys.
